A sacred space for women to soften, strengthen, and reconnect—through every cycle and season of life.

Because your body may change, but your need for stillness, strength, and self-love never does.

Our yoga classes are more than movement—they’re a space to breathe, reconnect, and grow. Whether you’re rolling out your mat for the very first time or deepening a long-standing practice, each class is designed to meet you where you are.

These classes are created for every woman—no matter your age, shape, size, or experience level. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or “good” at yoga. You just need to show up as you are. Together, we create a welcoming, supportive space where laughter is as natural as breath, and where yoga feels fun, nourishing, and real.

We weave together strength and softness, grounding rituals, seasonal wisdom, and the calming rhythms of meditation. Every session is an hour-long journey

  • 10 minutes to arrive, breathe, and set intention

  • 35 minutes of asana to energize, balance, and release

  • 15 minutes of meditation to restore body and mind

Each week carries a theme inspired by the cycles of nature and the wisdom of the moon, offering fresh insight and a sense of connection beyond the mat. From gentle, beginner-friendly practices to dynamic, strength-focused flows, there’s space here for every body and every season of life.

Join us to move, to pause, to listen inward—and to discover how yoga can support you not just in class, but in the everyday moments that matter most.

"A place where your changing body is not a problem to fix, but a wisdom to honour.
Where you can move gently, breathe deeply, and feel supported—just as you are.

Because no matter your age or stage, you are still whole. Still worthy. Still welcome"

Our Story

Hi, I’m Vicki—yoga teacher, nature lover, and passionate about creating gentle, supportive spaces for women.

I live in Dunblane, a beautiful Scottish town, with my husband, Grant, our spirited daughter, Aria, and our beloved furry companions—Buddy the dog and Max the cat. You could say my yoga classes are a bit of a family affair!

Grant works quietly behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, while Aria often helps set up the space (and sometimes joins in, when she’s not busy with school, horse riding or dancing!) As a family, we treasure the simple things—slow walks in nature, cosy movie nights (we’re big Disney fans!), and the little joys that remind us to stay present.

I’ve been teaching yoga for around eight years, starting my journey with YogaBellies, where I trained in women’s yoga through every life stage—from menstruation to menopause and beyond. That foundation in Hatha yoga gave me the grounding I needed to grow. Since then, I’ve expanded my training to include breath coaching with YogaBody and Vinyasa Chakra flow, blending it all into a style that’s gentle, soulful, and supportive.

Hatha is still at the heart of my teaching—but each class is shaped by the people in the room, and the season we’re in. I aim to create a calm, welcoming space where you can breathe, soften, and feel held—whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a long break.

The most important thing to know?
Everyone is welcome.

Nearly all of my students started as beginners, and together we’ve built the most beautiful, supportive community. I’m lucky to guide over 100 wonderful women across my classes each week—and more than students, many have become dear friends.

Oh, just one more thing! A lot of yoga spaces can feel serious, strict, or even intimidating—all about perfect postures, hushed rooms, and no-nonsense vibes. But in our classes, we do things differently. We laugh when we wobble, we celebrate the little wins, and we remember that yoga isn’t about getting everything “right”—it’s about feeling good in your own body. Yes, you’ll move, stretch, and strengthen. But you’ll also smile, connect, and leave class feeling lighter in spirit—not just in your muscles.

Because yoga doesn’t have to be solemn to be powerful. Sometimes the most healing practice is the one filled with joy and if you don't believe me just look at the photograph below of  two of our lovely ladies!

Thank you for being here and I really hope to welcome you to my classes soon! - Vicki
