"I have been practicing my yoga at Mind Body and Soul with Vicki and Grant for nearly a year now having moved to Dunblane in March last year. I knew nobody and MBS took me into their family and made me very welcome. I have now got lots of yoga friends and we have a great time in our practice. The classes are very inclusive, we succeed together, we struggle together, we laugh and groan together. Everyone is encouraged to do what they can, no pressure to achieve the perfect yoga shape.
