What do I need to bring?

Well the only thing you ABSOLUTELY need to bring is a yoga mat BUT there are a few things in addition to this you may want to bring along. The first one and quite an important one would be a blanket so you are all snug as a bug during the relaxation at the end (Savasana). The other things would be a yoga block and strap which can be useful as well to assist you with certain poses and for that extra bit of pampering you could bring an eye pillow (maybe lavender smelling or whatever you prefer!) and some hand cream. Thats it! Oh and If you could wear comfortable clothes and bring some water too that would be amazing!

What time should I arrive?

If you could arrive at the venue 5 minutes before class.

 

What if I miss a class? Do you carry it across?

If you know you are going to miss a class then let us know and we will get you a space in one of our other venues that week. In addition to this, we record that weeks class in our home and upload it to our library each week so if you join as a member you will have access to this.

Are these classes suitable for beginners?
