What do I need to bring?

Well the only thing you ABSOLUTELY need to bring is a yoga mat BUT there are a few things in addition to this you may want to bring along. The first one and quite an important one would be a blanket so you are all snug as a bug during the relaxation at the end (Savasana). The other things would be a yoga block and strap which can be useful as well to assist you with certain poses and for that extra bit of pampering you could bring an eye pillow (maybe lavender smelling or whatever you prefer!) and some hand cream. Thats it! Oh and If you could wear comfortable clothes and bring some water too that would be amazing!

What time should I arrive?

If you could arrive at the venue 5 minutes before class as when the class starts the doors will be closed and you will be unable to gain access due to Health and Safety guidelines and the comfort of other customers.

 

What if I miss a class? Do you carry it across?

Apart from exceptional circumstances we unfortunately are unable to carry over or refund absence due to illness or any other reason. The reason for this is if we did, we would simply not be able to afford to run the business. 

Are these classes suitable for beginners?
