Our Tranquil Yoga Class is a gentle, welcoming experience designed to help you relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. Perfect for beginners and ladies of all ages, each session combines mindful movement, calming breathwork, soothing music, soft lighting, beautiful aromatherapy, and guided meditation to create a peaceful escape from the stresses of everyday life. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, build confidence, or simply enjoy an hour of self-care, our Tranquil Class provides a warm and supportive environment where you can move at your own pace and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and restored.

Yoga Shred is our energising fitness class that combines the strength, flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the calorie-burning benefits of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Designed for ladies who want a more challenging workout, Yoga Shred helps improve fitness, build strength, increase stamina and boost confidence, all while maintaining the welcoming and supportive atmosphere that Mind Body & Soul is known for. You'll enjoy uplifting movement, motivating sequences and a great sense of achievement, before finishing with relaxing stretches, soothing aromatherapy, soft lighting and a guided meditation to leave you feeling both empowered and refreshed.

With over 8 years of teaching experience, I specialise in supporting women through the many phases of life — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, build strength, reconnect with yourself, or simply take some time out for your own wellbeing, you'll find a welcoming and supportive space here. My approach is centred around helping real women with real lives. You don't need to be able to touch your toes, wear the latest yoga clothing, or have any previous experience. Every class is designed to help you feel comfortable, capable, and supported, regardless of your age, fitness level, shape, or stage of life. I am also qualified in Vinyasa Chakra Yoga Flow, breathwork, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, allowing me to create classes that are both effective and sensitive to individual needs. Alongside yoga, I have trained in Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage, and Natural Lift Face Massage, bringing a holistic approach that supports both body and mind. I offer two distinct styles of class: Tranquil Yoga is a gentle, Hatha-inspired practice focusing on mobility, flexibility, relaxation, breathwork, and nervous system support. With soft lighting, soothing music, aromatherapy, and guided meditations, these classes provide an opportunity to slow down, unwind, and reconnect. Yoga Shred is a more dynamic Vinyasa-inspired class designed to help improve strength, fitness, balance, and confidence. Incorporating elements of Yoga Shred, these sessions may include optional light weights and gentle HIIT-style movements to support bone health, cardiovascular fitness, and healthy ageing. Above all, my goal is to help you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind, and more connected to yourself. Yoga isn't about achieving perfection or comparing yourself to others. It's about creating space for your own wellbeing and discovering what feels right for you. Many women arrive believing yoga isn't for them. Often, they leave wondering why they didn't start sooner.
