Dim, warm lighting casts a gentle glow 🕯️, creating an atmosphere of deep restfulness. Instead of floor-to-ceiling mirrors and pounding bass, you hear a soothing soundtrack 🎶, carefully chosen to help you unwind.

There are no big windows showcasing bodies in motion.


No pressure to perform.


Here, yoga isn’t about flexibility or folding into impossible shapes. It’s about feeling at home in your body—no matter its shape, size, or experience level 🧘‍♀️. Women of all ages settle onto their mats, wrapped in the comfort of their own presence. There’s no rush, no competition—just the slow rhythm of movement and breath 🌬️. Gentle, flowing sequences ease out stiffness, inviting the joints to move with kindness 🤲.


Poses are adaptable, intuitive, and designed for real bodies—not Instagram aesthetics. This is a space where you can simply be—free from judgment.

🌺 Aromatherapy is woven into every moment.

As you settle onto your mat, the gentle scent of essential oils flows through each inhale 🌿, anchoring you in the present.


With every slow, mindful movement, the aroma melts away tension, inviting your body to soften and release.
A few final drops are pressed gently into your palms before relaxation—allowing the scent to cocoon you in warmth and tranquillity 🌙.

By the time you rise, your breath is steadier, your mind clearer, and your body at ease—wrapped in an invisible embrace of calm.

🧘 Guided Meditations deepen the experience.

Each week, the yoga class becomes a journey, guided by a fresh meditation designed to nourish the mind and soul ✨.


As you settle into stillness, the instructor’s voice gently leads you inward—one week, you might be drifting through a peaceful forest 🌲; the next, floating on the rhythm of your own breath 🌊.


The meditation deepens the connection between body and mind.


Whether focusing on self-love, grounding, or releasing tension, each session feels like a new discovery—offering exactly what is needed in that moment.


As the practice closes, the meditation lingers, leaving a sense of clarity and renewal that carries through the week ahead 🌼.

As the class begins, a soothing soundtrack curated by Vicki drifts through the space—gentle piano melodies 🎹, soft chimes, and the distant murmur of ocean waves 🌊.


The music wraps around each movement, setting a rhythm that feels effortless and natural. Breath synchronises with sound, flowing like a tide, guiding the body into soft, nourishing stretches.


There is no rush, no strain—just the gentle support of harmonies that calm the nervous system and invite deep release 🕊️.


As the final notes fade into silence, a sense of stillness settles, leaving everyone feeling lighter, softer, and utterly at peace.
